A Change In Coverage

Preliminary Round of 2012 K of C Free Throw will be on Vimeo.com & ivideo.ie, tumblr.com, ShowYou.com+Facebook Feed & Twitter Link.
Post Game Coverage to be on Vimeo Feed+these aggregators.
Canadian Snark Piece, "10:30 In Newfoundland", moves to Vimeo.com from You Tube.
You Tube will continue to be the Informational "Where To Tune" Channel ONLY, aggregated by ivideo.ie, & Facebook & Twitter Feeds.
Anyone who wants You Tube Coverage, should shoot it themselves. The Official Coverage will NOT be on You Tube.
Note:ivideo.ie will host Vimeo Videos via Code Transplant, so expect the viewing audience for this coverage to be rather large.
A good # of video highlights will be on VideoBam.com, which is garnering huge #s of views, from the Vimeo Feed.

Differences Between Vimeo.com & You Tube

One was created by Film Makers, while the other one was created by former Pay Pal Employees.
In the case of Vimeo, it is older than You Tube. In Vimeo's case, intelligent discussion comes with film making. On You Tube, dumb comments are the order of the day, even with intelligently made video appearing.
Vimeo's best videos have great story but no dialogue.

Vimeo Brings Videos Up A Few Notches

In the Case of Vimeo , it must be their Codec Renditions, as a video, uploaded at 320x240, is recoded at 352x288, making for a clearer picture, with a 12.2 Megapixel Digital Camera, capable of shooting videos:

I take these videos and embed them on this blog. They're the same quality as Vimeo;

Now over on You Tube , I upload the video and for some strange reason, colors fade or the video looks fuzzy. It must be their codec renditions. 320x240 does NOT look sharp at all. One wonders which level it may have been taken DOWN to. I only upload to You Tube for comparisons sake. While You Tube Videos move more-quickly, the quality looks both fuzzy & scratchy, not to mention discolored in more than a few cases;

It's WHY Vimeo hosts my videos. On the 25 Seconds of Escalation Video, the colors looked right whereas on You Tube, some of the color from a distance was not rendered properly. At the end of one subway platform, the Orange color was seen on Vimeo, whereas it wasn't seen on You Tube, the home to many Juvenile Videos of little to NO Quality;
