Therapeutic & Grace Giving-The Sacrament Of Reconcilliation

I need to go there. I have discovered through God's Grace that I am in a better frame of mind after The Sacrament of Reconciliation, or when I was growing up in Brooklyn, the Sacrament of Penance.
When I was in my teens, it was Post Vatican II & a confusing time, & only went a couple of times per year. But now, I have found myself approaching the Sacrament & appreciating it more.
