Last Evening In Thr Trop
Matt Garza had a perfect game for 6 innings. Jacoby Ellsbury broke up that id in the seventh inning. Red Sox lost 13-0 to Tampa Bay:
I Think that I'd've preferred the perfect game. WHEN there's only 1 hit, it makes no f---in' difference;

No difference??? Are you kidding? It makes ALL the difference. You'd rather have Garza throw a perfect game, making the national news and embarrassing the Sox?
It made barely a mention in today's papers that Garza pitched six perfect innings before losing it on Ellsbury's single.
I would've loved for the Hit to be CAPITALIZED on, rather than just a mere breaking up of a Perfect Game/No Hitter, in order to get Garza all wound up emotionally:
That was done to the Yankees Wang, 2 years ago;
& Mr Beckett had NOTHING in The Tank, WHATSOEVER.
Now that Tampa Bay is failing, I'd love for The Sox to jump all over their s--t.
