Atkins Diet Tips For Fenway Park & Shea Stadium
Whenever you eat that Fenway Frank or Nathan's Hot Dog, slather your mvstard on the frankfurter & use the bun for moving the frankfurter into your mouth. The bun is not to be eaten, because it's white bread filled with white flour and sugar & leaves a pasty taste. It's the white bread that packs on the lbs, not the frankfurter itself. Mike-RSN-NYCQ.

The white bun has all the carbs (sugars) and the frank...nada! I eat mine, at home, only once in a while and always on the grill, on wheat peasant bread, which is wheat bread with wheat flour and no sugary additives. AND IT'S GREAT, available only at the bakery in West Hartford. A long ride. Hello to you, Mike.
Good Morning, Peter:
That Bread sounds Good for The 2nd Phase of Atkins;
It's the Current Bun, which is served with The Hot Dogs @ Shea Stadium, Fenway Park and other MLB Parks, as well as Minor League;
PS, I'd have to Amtrak it up there, for that bread;
And the weather down here has cooled off a lot.
Of course, the frankfurter itself is loaded with fat and salt, which contributes to unhealthy high blood pressure and triglyceride levels.
You're better off eating at home.
But, leave out the bun and it's less fattening
