The Chairman of The St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee(Or is he "Imperial Czar", John Dunleavy, who may be drinking TOO Much Jolt Cola to suit me) has banned the FDNY EMS Band from marching with the FDNY;

Dunleavy is becoming like the guy in the photo;
