Things Of More Importance Must Occur

Now, Before We delve into ALL THINGS BASEBALL, there are a few Religious Obligations one must pay attention to:

Currently, Pesach or Passover is in session. The Truly Orthodox Jews have shut down their businesses until Tuesday. All Jews have a Seder or Meal Commemorating The Flight from Egypt on The 1st Night;

Now, in regards to Christianity, This is Holy Week which began with The Offering of Passion/Palm Sunday;

Maundy Or Holy Thursday commemorates The Last Supper, which was a Passover Seder, when Christ gathered in the Upper Room with His Apostles. He would Actually be betrayed by One of The 12, One Judas Escariot, who was Treasurer Of The Apostles & Would Sell Out Christ for 30 Pieces Of Silver. Maundy Or Holy Thursday is called The Easter Triduum, in anticipation of The Death & Resurrection of Christ from The Tomb on Easter Sunday. Because The Christ had the Apostles take part in this Pesach Celebration, as The Christ Offered up The Matzoh & Wine, the Matzoh explains why the Unleavened Bread is used in Eucharistic Celebrations in The Church Today. For He said "Take & Eat for THIS is My Body." In the Offering of The Wine, "Take & Drink For THIS Is My Blood-Do This In Remembrance Of Me", indicates that, according to Catholic Theology, a Sacrifice Had Occurred, abeit Unbloody, hence The Mass. That Work was Completed on Good Friday With His Death On The Cross, Crucifixion being the Roman Method Of Execution;

Holy Saturday is a Preparation Day to The Resurrection. In the Evening is The Easter Vigil, essentially when The Church comes back to Life, The Bells are rung, The Gloria In Excelcis Deo & The Alleluia are sung(Traditionally, for me, This Is Quite-Emotional). It should be noted that any Persons being Baptized, Confirmed & receiving 1st Holy Communion, do so at this Mass. Then There is The Joy of The Pasqua(Easter) & The Resurrection;

You see, Baseball Fans, all of this must occur before You can enjoy ESPN Sunday Night Baseball-Yankees at Red Sox. There are more-important Events than when Two Teams get together to throw and hit a ball around;
