Bush 43 is finished as of 12:05PM, EST, when Barack Hussein Obama, took the Presidential Oath. Chief Justice John Roberts gave the oath of office to Senator Obama:

Actually, W was finished at 12N, while we were all listening to Yo Yo Ma. The Constitution states the transition occurs at noon, regardless of the oath.
Even five more minutes of Bush would have been too much to take.
And you're right-he'll look like Bill Cosby before this is over.
& Cosby LOOKS Old. At 51, Obama will have aged several years, like 10 Years. At the end of 8, it could be 15 years of aging.
He needs prayers -- he's now in a job for which he is woefully unprepared.
