Funny But Blogger(Blogspot)
Doesn't have a free app, considering that it's Google, but WordPress & tumblr+Posterous, do have free apps. And Posterous does have a connection to Blogger & tumblr & WordPress.
But, more of my blogging will go to WordPress & tumblr. In fact, mostly everything will go to WordPress with Posterous becoming a Video Network Linking app.
