Comparison
Not all Conformity is good-suppose you're on a Baseball Team which decides to throw the World Series.
For me, I decided not to conform to form in a Law Enforcement Detail, because the Detail conformed to The 1919 Chicago White Sox Model, only that summonses were written to fail, in a quest for sheer statistics. Winning in court & correcting conditions, were my goals, whereas "The Team's Goals", were for sheer stats & overtime money, constituting "The Nouveau Graft."
Sadly, the "20 To 1" ratio took over & I was out on my Arse.
