2010 Opens At Mass-Whilst The City Sleeps
It is now 2010:
A Priest named Fr Jonny Domenic, gave a valuable Homily at the 12:30PM Mass, on this The Solemnity Of Mary, Mother of God, @ St. Agnes RC Church at 143 East 43rd Street in Midtown Manhattan. This while much of New York City is sleeping off the imbibing of many adult beverages.
In regards to Salvation, the words of this day are "Carpe Diem", Latin for "Seize The Day."
We are blessed with opportunity to obtain Blessings from God in the form of Grace. As Mary was filled with Grace, she gave birth to The Christ, so willingly.
It was good news to witness The Mass being so well attended, with Kyrie chanted in Greek, Agnus Dei sung in Latin and Communion Antiphon chanted in Latin & a good number of the Faithful receiving Holy Communion at the Altar Rail.
Tradition is making a comeback.
Gloria In Excelsis Deo!
Even whilst The City Sleeps Today!
