Vimeo Vs That Junk Pile, YouTube

I have accounts on both services.
I noticed one thing about YouTube is that many of the comments are inane such as "I Go To That School-I'm on the team-I am i gurl."
On Vimeo, it is OTHER Artists, who don't pass on inane comments. Comments are rare but well put.
My videos on Vimeo are in the order I place them, while on the Mobile Edition of You Tube, they are often jumbled.
