& what is it with the Red Sox that they're having rougher times with bad teams like The Orioles of Baltimore, who are playing almost as badly as their previous incarnation, the St. Louis Browns?
Last Year's Omar Minaya-esque acquisitions of Brad Penny & John Smoltz made me wonder if Theodore Epstein thought he could pull another Rabbit out of the hat.
Then again, could Larry Lucchino be pulling an M.Donald Grant by interfering with Theo? Theo did quit because of Larry.
