Today is one of two days in the Catholic Church in the RC Archdiocese Of New York, with these two days called "24 Hours Of Confessions."

Confess your sins and do Penance and you have many opportunities to do so.

This highlights the fact that Lent is a Penitential Season.

It is good for both Soul & Mind.
