Funny thing about a European Import called SMS, or text messaging, but it can be used to instantly get a n message to an associate, or, on Blogger, to write a quick thought on the blog. If you've seen the final score of a game, it came from forwarding a message received on my phone, quickly, and posted to the blog. Think of it as instant entry or instant posting. I can post articles just like that, whether at Professer Thom's, Fenway Park or Citi Field, or that grey new bunker in the Bronx.
