"Game 5 NLCS at 8:19PM-1 Day After A Supersoaker Midwest Rain"

Tom Glavine(Mets)vs Jeff Weaver(Cardinals), a rematch of Game 1:

The Mets, I believe, may have their Confidence back, after the 12-5 Sunday Rout of the Red Birds, with "Dos Carlos"(Beltran & Delgado, homering, as well as David Wright, sending one into the Bullpen;

Meanwhile, it's been reported that Albert Pujols' Hamstring is affecting his hitting;

It's on to Shea Stadium for Game 6, tomorrow night;

Enjoy, Everybody!

If the Mets make the World Series, Orlando Hernandez, a Proven Winner, will have an effect:

No more Trachsel, PLEASE!

And if the Mets amke it to the World Series, even a 73 year old El Duque is better than others...;-)

But they gotta get there 1st--and Glavine was less than stellar tonight...

I want a Mets-Tigers World Series!

Go Mets!

I had a feeling that Glavine couldn't carry this team, forever, but it was a nice showing:

Not having been to postseason in 6 years, with a lot of players never having been there, is one of now having gained experience in postseason;

When a lot of parts of the whole are broken, something's gotta give.

I'll be rooting for the Mets tonight. Want to see a game seven, and I have many friends who are Met's fans.

Wish the other broadcast team was working this series, though.

Sul?

While The Red Sox are my #1, The Mets are my #2, & I want them to silence that Braying Jackass, called Tim;

I want this City of Mine, taken back from DFYankees;

& I despise DFYuppies, especially watching an unenthusiastic bunch at Busch Stadium III.

Some people call the Cardinal Fans too polite:

The Real Ones are either watching at home or in Bars;

They have their Yuppie Front Runners, as well;

Crowds in Busch Stadium II & III are a lot louder than that.
